Did have to wait a couple of weeks for them to properly get started, but they had emergency mitigation gear out that night to prevent my mold problem from getting worse in the mean time. Elite Restoration helped us with a major water leak damage on the second floor. Water made the ceiling collapse in the bedroom below. Elite Restoration responded quickly and were very professional. Cleanup was a breeze and they took a lot of photos. They cleaned up very well and left the place ready for repairs. Field manager Conan was very knowledgeable and supportive.
