How It Started
Our Story
Many years ago, the three owners of Florida's Elite Restoration had worked in the restoration industry. Wanting to move on to bigger and better things, we decided to become insurance adjusters. We then worked collectively for 25+ years in the insurance industry, learning everything there is to know about insurance carriers, policies, and claims. We became the top adjusters in our firm and took pride in being the best.
However, we eventually began to see the corruption on the restoration side of the insurance industry. Company after company would either not even know what they were doing, or they would completely gouge the insurance companies with their bills.
This led to what we saw as an endless cycle pitting both sides of the industry against each other, using corrupt tactics that only led to insurance premiums being raised higher and higher, leaving the homeowner caught in the crossfire. So we decided we wanted to do something about it.
