When Is a Pack Out Needed?
- Severe water damage: Contents must be removed to prevent secondary saturation and material deterioration.
- Mold Remediation: When the majority of a home requires mold remediation and contents cannot be moved elsewhere within the home, a pack-out is needed.
- Fire and smoke damage: Items are relocated for cleaning and odor treatment while structure work proceeds.
